Reservation and enquiry forms

Data you enter (name, phone, e-mail, date, number of guests, message) is sent to us by e-mail and used only to process your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. Data is deleted after the reservation is completed, at the latest after 12 months.

Cookies

Without your consent this website sets only technically necessary cookies and a local storage entry for your cookie choice. Statistics and audience measurement take place only after you explicitly consent in the cookie notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Google Analytics 4

After your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse how the website is used. This records, among other things, pages viewed, time on site, approximate location at city level, device and traffic source. Your IP address is truncated by Google and not stored permanently. Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent). Retention: 14 months. Microsoft Clarity

After your consent we use Microsoft Clarity (provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Clarity records mouse movement, clicks and scrolling and derives heatmaps and pseudonymised session recordings from this. Input in form fields is masked automatically. Google Maps

The map on the Contact and Home pages loads only after your explicit consent. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Your IP address and usage data are transmitted to Google. More: policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Fonts

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your IP address is transmitted to Google. TODO before go-live: self-host fonts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
