New owners, old school.
Da Luigi on Liechtensteinstraße has been an address for Italian food in Alsergrund for many years. Since 2026 we carry the restaurant on – with the same idea: good food, fair prices and a table you like to linger at.
In the kitchen the stone oven and the pasta pot take centre stage; in the dining room a chandelier, a cosy bench and a wine rack with bottles from Italy and Austria. In summer you sit in the garden in front of the house.

Our pizza dough rests overnight, basil goes on after the oven, pasta is cooked fresh every day.

Classics without frills: Margherita, carbonara, saltimbocca – the way they should be.

Alone at lunch or thirty of you at the Christmas party – with us every guest is a regular.
On tap: Stiegl.
Pizza needs a good beer: we pour Stiegl from Salzburg on tap – Goldbräu, organic Zwickl, Radler or alcohol-free.
